the United States. In addition, we are also the OEM for Titan
Notebook with a variety of configurations to fit your needs.
We specialized in NB Components, includes Notebook battery,
Mobile CPU, Slim HDD, CD ROM, CDRW, DVD, CDRW/DVD Combo Drive,
SODIMM Memory, and LCD Panels. For NB Components, we deal with
OEM as well as Retails Packages. For LCD Panels, we offer excess
inventory for different application such as PDA, POS, GPS, Car
Video Display, NB, and LCD Monitor. |

Tax |

We
do not charge sales tax except for California shipping addresses,
who, however, may enjoy a lower shipping cost because of shorter
distance. The current tax rate is 9.25%.
California resellers and tax-exempted identities who wish not
to be charged with sales tax can contact
us to place an order. |

Shipping
Service |
|
We
will ship your order out within same day or 1 day after we
get your order confirmation during weekdays. Order placed
on weekend will be shipped out on next Monday. We
use UPS or USPS as our regular shipping forwarder. For most
orders rather than digital camera or camcorder battery, you
can choose UPS Ground Service (1 to 6 days based on the distance
to destination), Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select.
3 Day Select is the best way to save both money and shipping
time for those who live far away from California. Please note
we do not require UPS to get a signature for delivery confirmation.
Also, there is no insurance and signature confirmation for
USPS shipping.

Warranty
& Return Policy |
|
We
provide one year or 3 months warranty for Titannotebook
products. For exact warranty information, please refer to
detailed product introduction. |
|
Our
brief return policy is as the following: |
|
- Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
- DOA/Defective
products are allowed for return for replacement or credit.
- All
non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 30% restocking
fee.
- All
returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter,
all sales are final.
- All
returns must be in original factory cartons with all original
packing materials.
- All
miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and
cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing
parts accordingly.
- Returns
must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight
collect will be refused.
- Return
authorization must be received within 10 business days from
the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
- All
products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty.
- Special
order items are not returnable.
- All
replacement items will be shipped after we have received
and processed your defective return. A new tracking number
will be sent to you on the replacement item when it ships.
- All
credits will be made back to the original payment method.
- We
will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong
product(s) all refusals will be credited minus the freight
charges.
- If
a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the
package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make
sure you notate the damage when you sign for it so that
we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the
actual product you ordered was also damaged.

to Return an Item |

First,
please read our warranty and return policy
carefully to make sure you are qualified to return an item
for repairing or credit. Then go to http://titannotebook.com/company/RMA_form.asp
to request the RMA number online. We will issue and email
you RMA number together with return instructions 1 or 2 business
day after we get your request. With that number clearly written
on your package box, you can ship your item back to us. |

International Customer Only |
|
We
do not accept any kind of foreign credit card,
we will not process online order with foreign credit card
payment. For international customers,
the only way to make payment is through PayPal. We ship
orders internationally by USPS Global Express Mail only, the
shipping and handling charge is $36. Orders usually get
delivered 4-7 business days after the shipment.
International customer can place orders through our shopping
cart and follow the instructions step by step to make the
payment. |
