RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Request
 
Please read our warranty & return policy carefully before you request a RMA number.
 
Warranty
We provide 30 days money back guarantee together with one year warranty for most of our batteries and chargers. Some items may carry only 90 days warranty, we urge you check product specifications and warranty issue in details before your purchase.
 
Return Policy
  • All products with 1 year or 90 days warranty are allowed to return for a replacement or pro rate refund if item is out of stock or item is discontinued if they get defective within the warranty period.
  • All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials.
  • 15% restocking fee.
  • All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid by customer. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
  • Authorized return merchandise must be received within 15 business days from the date of issuing RMA number or the return will be refused. 
  • All replacement items will be shipped after we have received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you on the replacement item when it ships.
  • All products are allowed to return for credit within 30 days from our invoice date. All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
  • If warranty is going to expire soon then request MUST be made within a week and a half for RMA otherwise RMA request will be refused unless customer can return product before warranty expires.
  • No shipping charge will be refunded for any reason.

*Defective units returned will be tested before sending a replacement, if item in question holds theoretical amount of charge due to constant usage, then product will be returned to customer and customer will have to pay for shipping back. If we can fix defective unit and successful test we will ship back at our cost.

*Item needs to be in original condition (no writing, labeling or other damage or scratches to the battery) in order to receive a replacement, if product is too damaged to be returned and was not noted in RMA request, buyer will be charged 15% and item will be sent back to them and buyer will be charged for shipping back to them.

*Our RMA Department are not responsible for any lost packages due to the postage shipping problem, we will only process the RMA after we received the return packeges from our customer.

*For exchange due to buyer ordering the wrong battery, the buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees, 15% restocking fee and difference, if new battery is less we will accept that as the 15% restocking fee.

*The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.

*Authorized return merchandise must be received within 30 business days from the date of issuing RMA number or the return will be refused. 

*If product is within 2 weeks of warranty experation return item MUST come in before the warranty expires or NO replacement will be given or pro-rate.

*WARRENTY DOES NOT RENEW WITH REPLACEMENT. WARRENTY IS ONLY GOOD FROM PURCHASE DATE!!!

***Pro-rate*** If you request a replacement and we receive your battery and we do not have any to replace, we will pro-rate the amount to you for refund depending on how long you have used the product for will be deducted from the amount refunded.

*We will give you refund once we get your returned one.

*For exchange due to buyer ordering the wrong battery or buying the wrong battery or no need for the battery, the buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees and 15% restocking fee.

*If product is out of 30 day money back warrenty AND ONLY IF refund request is made within THREE (3) days after thirty day, then we will charge 15% re-stock fee.

*The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
*Authorized return merchandise must be received within 15 business days from the date of issuing RMA number or the return will be refused.
*If within one week of money back warranty item must be shipped to us before that date or customer will be subjected to replacement only.

Please allow  maximum 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return.


*Prorated amount is from the original purchase prices and is determined based on how long you have used the product with months and weeks up to your RMA request.

*Prorated amount is only offered if no RMA replacement is available

*All batteries coming in will be tested before eligable for refund.

*If battery has succesful test and holds a theoretical amount of charge based on the amount of time of usage, we will charge the buyer a 15% restocking fee from the original purchase which will be subtracted from the prorate amount. 

*Item needs to be in original condition (no writing, labeling or other damage or scratches to the battery) in order to receive a prorate refund, if product is too damaged to be returned and was not noted in RMA request, buyer will be charged 15% and item will be sent back to them and buyer will be charged for shipping back to them.

*Our RMA Department are not responsible for any lost packages due to the postage shipping problem, we will only process the RMA after we received the return packeges from our customer.

*Customer may request to deduct prorate amount from new purchase fro a new battery and renew warrenty, deduction for new will come from original purchase price. Same rules apply from above for purchasing a new product.

*The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
